Celnor Group (Celnor), a UK investor in entrepreneur-led businesses in the Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC) sector, has acquired Safety Solutions Group.
Safety Solutions Group joins Celnor’s Risk Management Division, further strengthening its capabilities in specialist training, certification and compliance. The announcement marks Celnor’s fourth acquisition in Ireland.
Founded in 1996 by Ciarán McEvoy, who will remain as a Strategic Advisor to the business, Safety Solutions Group helps organisations across Ireland create safer, healthier and more productive workplaces through specialist health and safety training, risk management and compliance services. Through its Safe Cert division, they also provide plant, machinery and equipment inspections and statutory certification.
Based in Dublin and operating nationwide, Safety Solutions Group supports organisations across both the public and private sectors, with experience spanning construction, education, public services, property and facilities management, warehousing, plant operations and industrial environments.
