The Exacta Group, parent company to leading brands Exacta Technologies and Blackcore® Technologies, has reported record H1 revenue of £22.2 million, almost matching its entire 2025 revenue of £22.3 million in just six months.
With a further £17.5 million already secured in its H2 order book, the Group has either delivered or secured nearly £40 million of revenue for 2026. The business is now on track to almost double in size year on year, reinforcing its position as one of the UK’s fastest growing technology manufacturers.
These strong results, which significantly exceed the Group’s original 2026 revenue target of £28 million, have driven headcount growth to 84 employees. To support continued expansion, the Group has appointed Jo Kerly as Head of Operations at Exacta Technologies. Bringing more than 15 years’ experience in operations, procurement and business leadership, Jo will oversee day to day operations and strengthen process excellence across the business.
David Osmond, CEO of the Exacta Group, comments: “To generate almost the same level of revenue in six months as we achieved across the whole of 2025 is a remarkable achievement for the Group. This performance reflects the strength of our team, our relationships with customers and the growing demand for high performance infrastructure. With a strong order book already secured for H2, we are entering the second half of the year with real confidence. I’m also delighted to welcome Jo to the business and know she will be a real asset and continue to drive growth across Exacta Technologies in particular.”
Alongside its strong financial performance, the Exacta Group has continued to invest in local communities through a series of sporting partnerships. The Group has signed a two-year agreement to become Bristol City FC Academy’s front of shirt sponsor across all age groups, from Under 9s to Under 21s, building on its longstanding relationship with the club as sleeve sponsor of the men’s first team since the 2025/26 season.
The Group has also become front of shirt sponsor for both the men’s and women’s first teams at Clevedon Town FC. Together, these partnerships reinforce the Exacta Group’s commitment to grassroots sport, youth development and community engagement, complementing existing support for Ashton FC, Community of Purpose and North Somerset RTC.
The H1 results place the Exacta Group on course for its strongest year on record, with nearly £40 million in revenue already shipped or secured for 2026. These financial results, alongside the sporting and charitable partnerships, reflect both the Exacta Group’s international success and pioneering local support for Bristol and the wider community.
