North West integrated property services company, The Momentum Group, has announced the acquisition of Liverpool-based residential block management specialists, Central Property Management Liverpool (CPM).  The deal marks a significant milestone for The Momentum Group, broadening its skillset and client base as it focuses on further expansion.

Founded in 2011 by Lisa and Sean Duffy, CPM has established a reputation as Liverpool’s leading provider of high-quality residential block management services.  The company manages a large portfolio of buildings, both mixed-use and solely residential, including some of the city’s most prestigious residential developments, such as West Tower. The acquisition will see CPM continue to trade under its established brand as part of The Momentum Group, with no immediate changes to the day-to-day service received by existing clients. The current CPM team will remain in place, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining its trusted relationships with leaseholders, residents, and property owners.
