Charlotte Daintith has joined the firm’s family team as a solicitor, less than two years after Birketts opened its South West operation.
Charlotte’s arrival means that Birketts’ South West headcount has grown by 567% since its inception, with appointments to the firm in the region maintaining a strong pace.
Since the beginning of September 2026, Birketts’ Bristol office has also seen the following appointments bolster the firm’s South West expertise:

– Claire Halle-Smith, Legal Director, commercial and technology – data protection – Shavaun Womersley, Associate, family
– Bridget Sanger, Senior Associate, regulatory and corporate defence
