Houghton-le-Spring-based Pacifica, the UK’s leading independent provider of domestic appliance repairs and extended warranties in the Major Domestic Appliance (MDA) market, has appointed Rob Johnson as Managing Director of Pacifica Appliance Services, strengthening leadership across its nationwide appliance repair operations.
Rob steps into the role after five years as Field Operations Director, during which time he led the company’s field teams through a sustained period of growth in both service volumes and quality performance.
In his new position, Rob will oversee a nationwide operation delivering more than 360,000 appliance repairs each year.
Supporting this appointment, Pacifica has also promoted Kirsty Jack to Head of Direct Field Operations and Lee Garland to Head of Indirect Field Operations. Together, Kirsty and Lee will lead the company’s employed and self-employed engineering teams, ensuring continued excellence across all field operations.
