LAVA Advisory Partners has promoted Tom Rowe-Jones to Partner, effective immediately.

Rowe-Jones becomes the firm’s fourth Partner, joining founding Partners Simon Woodcock and Hamish Martin, and Partner Paul Joyce, as LAVA continues to grow its senior team in line with its five year growth strategy.

Rowe-Jones joined LAVA in May 2021 as Associate Director, having previously worked in technology and operational strategy consulting at Accenture, before joining Deloitte’s M&A Operations team. His background includes cost and operational due diligence, as well as advising corporate and private equity clients on value creation throughout the M&A process.

Since joining LAVA, Rowe-Jones has progressed through the business and built a strong track record across many sectors, with a special focus on business services and aerospace & defence. He has advised on a number of significant transactions, including the sale of Old Mill to the Blixt-backed Kinbrook group, the sale of Callen Lenz to BAE Systems, and the sale of e2E to Telespazio UK, and will continue to provide mentoring and leadership across the deal team.
