Zimbl, the new integrated mobility, energy and community hub facility for the built environment, has appointed Miles Price and Ed Cree as Non-Executive Directors as the business accelerates plans for a national rollout.
The appointments come at a significant stage in Zimbl’s growth. The company is attracting strong interest from developers who are involved in housing developments equating to 100,000 plus homes.
It’s also close to making major announcements with household name brands who will be self-funding Zimbl’s on-site mobility and community hubs and is in advanced discussions with major investors in an active £100 million funding round.

Price is the former Planning and Transport Director at British Land, where he spent more than 25 years, and has led some of the largest and most complex development projects in London and across the UK.
Currently, he is a director in the development team at Savills on secondment to Places for London. He is a Fellow of the RTPI, has served on major design and transport panels including for Highways England, Network Rail and the Department for Transport, and was named UK Transport Planner of the Year for his pioneering work in travel planning.
Cree is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 34 years’ experience and an exemplary track record in property, including two decades at British Land, where he oversaw millions of square feet of transactions and contributed to landmark mixed-use, retail and development deals
